Nutrition Specialists, PC is owned and operated by Karen M. Funderburg, MS, RD/LD. Karen is a registered dietitian with over 28 years experience in the areas of disease prevention and management.

Sherry K. Hubbard, RD/LD is a registered dietitian with more than 23 years experience. Sherry has 19 years experience specializing in food allergies, adverse food reactions and celiac.

At Nutrition Specialists, PC only registered dietitians provide nutritional diagnosis, therapy and counseling services for the purpose of disease prevention and management. Registered dietitians are food and nutrition experts who have one or more college degrees in nutrition, have completed a nutrition internship in hospitals and community settings and have passed a national board examination. Dietitians practicing in Oklahoma must also be licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. Registered dietitians are the only recognized medical nutrition experts by insurance companies and Medicare.
